Llwydiarth Esgob Stone submitted by Andy B : The Llwydiarth Esgob Stone, photo copyright Aerial-Cam. (Vote or comment on this photo)
Rock Art in Anglesey (Sir Ynys Mon). First noted in an article by Francis Lynch in 1974, the boulder is in the garden of Llwydiarth Esgob near Llannerch-y-medd. There is a double cup and ring mark with groove and further cupmarks on a boulder approximately 1m in length.

A photographic survey (Nash & Stanford 2009) indicated that there is more to the art than previously thought. Excavation followed in 2010, the results of which can be read here.
