It can be hard to get to (that's the point of a fort). Access would score 3 if you find the right way first time, or a 1 if you attempt to climb the wrong side of the hill. I started from Auchinellan house where I was staying as a guest so I don't think this is a public route up.
Probably better to walk up the track from the village of Ford, the track starts just north of the (possibly closed) crown house B&B and then yomp South West accross the moor to access the east flank of the hill, ideally from the south-east if you can be bothered walking right round if you have come from Ford.
Approach it from the south east and you sill see a cliff face. This is a dangerous face which is collapsing and any direct ascent to the fort would be horrible. Instead, climb it along the rambling eastern flank avoiding as much bracken as possible (there are ticks about).
About an hour from the farm if you find the right way.

This massive hillfort overlooks the Abhainn Airidcheoduis and is recorded as Canmore ID 22772. Their entry tells us this is: "an irregularly shaped stone-walled fort and its outworks. Aligned NE and SW, the fort measures about 37m by 16m within a wall that follows the irregular outline of the summit area. Regrettably the monument has been subject to wanton destruction in recent times. Shortly before the Commission's visit, the SW end of the summit was severely disturbed by the construction of a stone-walled round-house for use as a film-set; shortly afterwards vandals destroyed a particularly fine stretch of the outer face to the SW of the main entrance, which had been recorded as standing to a height of 2m in nineteen courses. The wall evidently varied in thickness, attaining as much as 4.5m on the NW, but barely 1.5m on the S. The core material along the centre line of the wall appears to have subsided slightly, which may indicate the presence of a mural gallery. Hoever, it is only on the NE that an intramural feature can be seen and it is uncertain what purpose this short length of facing served, since it appears to be set at an angle to the line of the wall."
The hillfort is also recorded by The Northern Antiquarian (TNA) - see their page for Dun Chonallaich, Ford, Argyll which contains directions for finding the site, together with the 1875 OS map and a drawing of the gaming board found there. TNA adds: "A portable cup-marked stone in the fort’s southern wall is a modern artifact."
